Changmi Jung, PhD

Changmi Jung received her PhD in Healthcare Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. She joined the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2014. Her main research area is clinical health informatics, with particular focus on the innovative e-Health delivery models via patient portals and online consultations. Her dissertation explores technology adoption of innovations by patients and organizational learning by physicians as new care delivery models are introduced in the primary care environment. Bonnie Robeson, PhD

Dr. Robeson began teaching at Johns Hopkins University as an adjunct in 1989. Since 2009 she has been a full-time Senior Lecturer. Also she has taught courses in the M.S. Biotechnology program, JHU Krieger School of Arts and Science that include Translational Biotechnology, ProSeminar in Biotechnology, and Managing and Leading Biotechnology Professionals. She teaches courses in the MEHP program; Health Program Development, Implementation and Evaluation; and Leadership for Health Professions: Theory in Action. Joe Cutrone, PhD

Joseph Cutrone has taught both online and in-person at Johns Hopkins, Northwestern University, Towson University, and Goucher College. Prior to JHU, he was a pension actuarial analyst, in New York, CEO of Charm City Tutors, and Senior Program Manager of Mathematics for Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. Michael Luca, PhD

Michael Luca is a professor and the director of the Technology and Society Initiative at the Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School, and a faculty research fellow at the NBER. Professor Luca's research, teaching, and advisory work focuses on the design of online platforms, and on the ways in which data can inform managerial and policy decisions. His research has been published in academic journals including the Journal of Economic Perspectives, Management Science, the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, American Economic Review: Papers and Proceeding, the American
