Changmi Jung received her PhD in Healthcare Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. She joined the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2014. Her main research area is clinical health informatics, with particular focus on the innovative e-Health delivery models via patient portals and online consultations. Her dissertation explores technology adoption of innovations by patients and organizational learning by physicians as new care delivery models are introduced in the primary care environment.
