Bernard T. Ferrari is dean emeritus of the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. He served as the second dean of the Carey Business School from July 2012 until his retirement in July 2019. Tao Chen, PhD
Tao Chen is an Associate Professor of Practice in Marketing at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. She is an expert in dynamic pricing and promotion strategies. Her research attracted significant public interest and was featured in leading media outlets such as the Economist, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. She is a recipient of Dean's Award for Faculty Excellence. She formerly worked as a business analyst at McKinsey.
