The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Executive Track/MBA is a 61-credit program, in addition to 448 practice hours. MBA courses are fully online and can be taken either asynchronously (anytime) or synchronously (real-time). Some online courses allow students to attend in-person residencies. This two-year lock-step program gives these unique students the tools they need, when they need them, to make the most of the time in the program. Our curriculum blends traditional and project-based courses that are delivered in an online format with the same rigor you'd expect from in-person classes.
This program begins with a MICA-run, three-credit summer intensive called Foundations of Design Leadership. In the fall, students enroll in classes available through Carey Business School’s Flexible MBA program and in MICA's MA in Design Leadership curriculum. Students can earn one or two MBA specializations with elective courses, but are not required to.
The Design Leadership MA/MBA program does not qualify for F-1 or J-1 student sponsorship.
