Joe Demasco has more than 30 years of experience as a software engineering practitioner and management consultant to private and public sector organizations around the globe. Joe has held industry positions at Bell Laboratories, where he worked on systems engineering projects, and at Ernst & Young, where he directed the operations research consulting group.
