And we are now one of the first 10 business schools whose entire Full-time MBA program is STEM-designated. With this advantage, international Full-time MBA students with F-1 visas may be eligible for Optional Practical Training (OPT) extensions. Domestic students can turn heads with STEM-minded employers. Student organizations

Student organizations are your chance to network with classmates from across all of Johns Hopkins Carey Business School programs, put your skills to the test with case competitions and conferences, and make friends along the way. ​​​

Africa Business Club

The Africa Business Club increases awareness of the business opportunities on the African continent. Organization activities are professional, educational, and social in nature and open to all members of Carey Business School.

Indian Student Association

The Indian Student Association aims to support the needs of Indian students across various programs at Carey. This is a student-centered organization focused on career support and navigating US business culture for Indian students.

Chinese Students and Scholars Association

The Chinese Student Scholar Association serves all the Chinese students and faculty members, better unites the Carey Business School’s Chinese community and enhances the interaction between Chinese traditions and American culture. The club works closely with the Chinese Embassy and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.

STEM-designated programs

Our full-time STEM programs offer an Optional Practice Training benefit that allows international students to stay in the U.S. for an additional 24 months after graduation.
