Brian Fruchey spent twenty years as an HR Tech executive. He led multiple teams of People Reporting Analysts, Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, Technologists, and Program Managers. Previous to Meta he held executive-level roles at Indeed.com, eBay, Department of Defense, and Accenture.

After leaving Meta in July of 2023, he spends his time as a consultant for People Analytics and bias mitigation in the hiring process, teaches finance at Columbus State, and attends Capital University – pursuing a Juris Doctorate.

Brian is also an active member of the Johns Hopkins Alumni Association (JHAA) ‐ serving as the current Treasurer, former Co‐Chair of the Awards & Nominations Committee, and as a committee member on Student Grants. In addition to JHAA, Brian has supported the Carey Business School in both formal and informal capacities over the past several years. He is a limited partner with A‐Level Capital ‐ the Johns Hopkins student‐led venture capital firm. Brian graduated from Ohio University in 2003 with dual degrees in Russian Linguistics and Economics. He graduated from Carey in 2010 and is based in Columbus, Ohio.
