Matthew Hutton, Real Estate and Infrastructure '19

Matt Hutton is director of Investments at Klein Enterprises, where he leads acquisitions and development initiatives and supports asset management and corporate growth strategies. He previously led underwriting and analytics for a national investment sales firm and spent several years in commercial debt capital markets at M&T Realty Capital Corporation. Matt holds a BS in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and an MS in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, and NAIOP.
