Megan Morales, MBA '22

Megan Morales is senior director at IEQ Capital, leading marketing strategy across content and conference initiatives. She collaborates with the family office, investment research, and new business teams to strengthen thought leadership, client engagement, and firm growth. Previously, she held senior marketing and client strategy roles at several financial firms, including Harborside Group, where she supported intermediary distribution for asset managers. She later co-founded a digital health startup and led strategy, fund operations, and investor communications for an early-stage venture platform focused on AI innovation. An alumni instructor for the Breaking into Venture Capital course, Megan is also an active speaker and mentor in venture investing, marketing innovation, and capital formation. She earned her MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, concentrating in Entrepreneurship, Technology & Innovation, and Leadership, and her BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo. She lives in San Jose, California.
