Jonathan Kling, Real Estate '04

Jonathan Kling is the founder and CEO of Municipal Acquisitions, where he leads the firm’s investment and strategy initiatives. With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, and principal investments, Jon previously held senior roles at Bridger Commercial Funding and Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Company. He holds a BA from Tulane University and an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
