Jeffrey S. Olson is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Urban Edge Properties, a role he has held since the company spun off from Vornado Realty Trust in 2015. Prior to this, he served as CEO of Equity One, Inc. from 2006 to 2014, and was President of the Eastern and Western Regions at Kimco Realty Corporation from 2002 to 2006. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University. He is a Board Member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and serves as Chairman of Carey’s Real Estate Advisory Board.
