Jenny Morgan, MAS '86

Jenny Morgan recently retired as chair and CEO of Bridgeway Benefit Technologies, where she led the company’s transition to a SaaS model, a merger that doubled its size, and two private equity sales. With more than 30 years of experience building technology companies, she previously served as CEO of VIPS, Inc., tripling revenue before its sale to WebMD, and later transformed basys, inc. into a SaaS business during her 13-year tenure. Jenny has advised healthcare portfolio companies with Sterling Partners, served on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Baltimore branch, and was named Ernst & Young Maryland Entrepreneur of the Year® in 2005. She holds degrees from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and Brandeis University and is committed to advancing women in leadership and socially responsible business.
