Melissa Zimmerman Mattern

Melissa Mattern is the director of Commercial Strategy at Constellation, supporting the growth of the company’s commercial business, which provides electricity, natural gas, and energy-related products across the U.S. and parts of Canada. With 17 years of experience in the energy industry, Melissa has held several key roles at Constellation, including chief of staff to the CEO, Mid-Atlantic sales support manager, and sales support supervisor. She began her career as a pricing analyst managing energy contracts, and later served as an account manager following the Constellation-Exelon merger. Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Towson University and a Master of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
