Andrea Weiss, MAS '86

Andrea Weiss is the founder and CEO of The O Alliance, a global consulting network dedicated to transforming consumer commerce. With a distinguished career in senior leadership roles, Andrea has served as board chair and CEO of two private companies and president of two publicly traded fashion brands, GUESS and dELiA*s. She currently serves on the boards of Fortune 200 company O’Reilly Auto Parts and Premiere Investments Ltd., an Australian public company traded on the ASX. Andrea previously served on the boards of Cracker Barrel, RPT Realty, and Bed Bath & Beyond. In addition, she is a senior advisor to leading technology firms, including Treasure Data, SAP, Zebra Technologies, and TYCO Retail Solutions.
