Samantha Hellauer, MBA '23

Samantha Hellauer is director of Strategic Initiatives at ghSMART, where she leads the development and commercialization of innovative client solutions and codifies firmwide best practices. She has authored articles on CEO succession and board effectiveness in the Harvard Business Review and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Before ghSMART, she was part of the Business Operations and Strategy team at Integral Ad Science, a Vista Equity-backed technology firm. There, she partnered with the C-suite and Vista Consulting Group to drive strategic initiatives, prepare for IAS's IPO, and support board and earnings call readiness. Samantha played a key role in scaling revenue growth strategies and building strong cross-functional partnerships. She brings a passion for operational excellence, leadership development, and strategic growth.
