Changmi Jung received her PhD in Healthcare Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. She joined the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2014. Her main research area is clinical health informatics, with particular focus on the innovative e-Health delivery models via patient portals and online consultations.
