The Center for Innovative Leadership works to accelerate and expand the impact of cutting-edge research that can improve leadership at work.

Composed of Core Faculty and Affiliates from across Johns Hopkins University and beyond, the Center’s thought leaders explore a range of topics related to leading teams and organizations, from managing effective teams in dynamic environments, to building cultures of learning and resilience, and developing inclusive leadership practices. These efforts are concentrated in the Center's five Focus Areas, yielding insights that can shape organizations in a range of industries.

The Center shares insights from our faculty to help translate research into practice through our research briefs and Field Guides, and directly supports the development of novel research on innovative leadership through Research Grants that fund exemplary and impactful research.
