Well-being at Work: Singapore report released

Well-being at Work: Singapore report released

Expanding on the research completed in the U.S. earlier this year, Johns Hopkins researchers share new insights related to employee well-being in Singapore. The study highlights the climate of workplace well-being since the COVID-19 pandemic in the city-state. The research shows that successful organizations create a climate of well-being not by providing perks or benefits, but rather they create a culture where people feel acknowledged, supported, and connected. The report highlights the differences between average workplaces and best workplaces, suggesting the need for ongoing management focus on well-being in the workplace.
