Abe Abraham is a seasoned biopharma executive in clinical development and medical affairs. He has overseen Phase I–IV trials and FDA/EMA submissions—including first-in-human programs—at organizations like Genentech, where he led agile transformation and immunology strategy (Actemra, Rituxan, Obinutuzumab, Fenebrutinib). As Medical Lead at Neurocrine Biosciences, he drove the medical launch of the first FDA-approved therapy for congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
Currently, he serves as the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer of a stealth AI–biotech startup. Abraham earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins and completed postdoctoral clinical research training at the University of Chicago. He remains an active mentor and diversity advocate in the biotech industry.
