David Rosenberg is a Managing Director & Senior Portfolio Manager for Harbor Group International's real estate securities funds. He is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the investment strategy while overseeing the investment team, trading operation, and research process.
Prior to joining HGI in 2013, Mr. Rosenberg was a Senior Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager with CBRE Investment Management (formerly CBRE Clarion Securities) and a Director, Portfolio Manager and a founding member of its predecessor, CBRE Global Real Estate Securities from 2004-2013. At CBRE, Mr. Rosenberg primarily focused on the research and financial analysis of public real estate companies in the U.S. and Canada as well as portfolio management.
His past experience includes serving as a Real Estate Securities Analyst in the equity research department of Legg Mason and as a Senior Accountant in the real estate practice of American Express Tax & Business Services, where he functioned in various roles involving real estate financial analysis, valuation, and capital markets activity from 2000-2004. Mr Rosenberg is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and is active in several non-profit organizations.
