Jessica is currently a Venture Partner at SVLC. Prior to that, she was the Director for the Clinical Innovation Center at UCSF where she led a team of human factor designers, developers and project managers to ideate, prototype, implement, and evaluate new care delivery models and technologies that addressed the most critical care delivery problems faced by UCSF Health. She also leads industry and startup partnership to support concept and product validation.

Previously, she has led product design in various San Francisco startups as well as co-founding a consumer health information company based in Seattle. She was the co-founder for one of the latest health meetups in Seattle, the Seattle Health Innovators. In her spare time, she advises health technology founders and loves to train her 2 year-old Border Collie German Shepherd. 

Jessica received MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2012 while completing her Residency in Health System Pharmacy Administration at Johns Hopkins Medicine. She also holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and BS in Biochemistry from the University of Washington.
