Mike Leffer is Managing Partner at Riptide Ventures, an early-stage Baltimore-based venture capital syndicate. He previously worked as a Principal at Early Light Ventures and as founding team member at Squadra Ventures, where he led investments in Pinkaloo (acquired by RenPSG), InstantTeams, Privva, and Care Advisors. Prior to Squadra he worked as an Investment Analyst with Baltimore Angels, is a two-time founder with one (small) exit, and served as an Officer in the US Army. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins, is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and regularly holds his breath for over five minutes while freediving and spearfishing.
