Dr. Candace Steele Flippin is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Advisor of the Global Career Advancement Institute, a career empowerment center driving practical leadership development. A seasoned communications executive and workplace scholar, she’s the bestselling author of Generation Z in the Workplace, Millennials in the Workplace, and Get Your Career in SHAPE, inspired by her TEDx talk What Women Really Want… at Work. As a speaker and media commentator, she shares actionable insights on multigenerational workplace dynamics and women’s leadership. She serves on the boards of Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation, The Woodruff Arts Center, the Carter Center Board of Councilors, and the Advisory Board of CulTRUE.
