Executives in Residence

The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Executive-In-Residence program (EIR) connects students with seasoned leaders from a variety of industries.

Executives invited to the Carey program come from diverse backgrounds, have demonstrated senior leadership and expertise in their fields, and are appointed by the dean. EIRs can expect to participate in several engagements across the course of an academic year both in and out of the classroom.

The EIR program provides Carey Business School students with real-world insights from business leaders, which supplement their academic experience. Business leaders gain important connections to the academic environment, exposure to cutting-edge research, and future business leaders.

Carey Business School is seeking distinguished business leaders to participate in the EIR program and will craft a participation plan pertinent to the executive’s business interests and expertise. Most EIR opportunities for the 2021-2022 academic year will be conducted virtually.
