Recruitment and branding opportunities

Job and internship postings

Post jobs and internships for students and alumni on Handshake, a private online network and career services platform. Access the entire Johns Hopkins University talent network, free of charge, through the Handshake portal. Register for an account and visit the Handshake Help Center to guide you along the way.

TARGET Carey Business School talent with your job posting.

On-campus or virtual interviewing

To request an on-campus or virtual interview, log into Handshake and click “Request a date for on-campus interviews.”  Our team will reach out to connect and schedule your interview.

Information sessions and corporate presentations

Host a virtual information session or employer "pop up" (focused on immediate hiring) to identify and meet interested candidates, market your organization, and advertise jobs and internships. Increase student interest and brand visibility by scheduling sessions that convey your company's unique value proposition and hiring needs.

Employer treks / virtual company tours

Treks are an effective way to showcase your company and get to know Carey Business School students.  Students learn about your company’s mission, culture, industry and environment while you build a pipeline of future talent. For more information on treks click here. Please work with our team if you are interested in hosting a virtual company tour.

Industry panels

Carey Business School invites industry professionals to campus to share insights and advice with students through panel discussions and industry days. To view our schedule of industry days for the academic year, visit our Upcoming Events page

MBA Summit

The MBA Summit is an event for thought leaders to share professional development insights with Carey Business School’s full and part-time MBA students. Please connect with our team if executives from your company are interested in participating.

Resume books

A resume book is a great way to quickly view targeted talent for your recruiting needs. Contact our employer relations team to request resume books for Carey Business School students.

Connect with student organizations

Student organizations at Carey Business School connect students with similar interests with each other and potential employers. The Career Development Office actively works with these clubs to co-sponsor events that connect members with each other, alumni, and employers.  View Carey Business School’s student organizations here.

Customize your engagement

As an alternative to traditional recruiting events, you can customize an event to fit your specific recruiting needs and interests. Your event will be coordinated and managed by Career Development Office staff. Past events have included employer pop-ups on campus, lunch and learns, happy hours, faculty and classroom connections, student club collaboration, expert panel discussions, and more.
