Flexible online MBA students build for what’s next

After completing the Flexible online MBA program, Mahamed Konfrou ’22 received the job offer of a lifetime. Now, a vice president at Morgan Stanley, he credits the Johns Hopkins Flexible online MBA as the catalyst for his career. As a father of two, Konfrou completed his degree fully online while still engaging with students both on campus and across the world. The flexibility of the program also allowed Konfrou to start one of the largest student-led conferences at Carey – the Africa Business Conference.

As a partner at Brown Advisory, Carey Buxton ‘22 has balanced work, life, and school in the online program with courses taken outside regular business hours. Buxton participated in the Leadership Development Expedition in Norway to meet and create bonds with her classmates in the Flexible online MBA program she otherwise would not have met in person.
