As the President of Pinkard Properties, Ms. Pinkard oversees the commercial real estate services firm, providing property management, development, project management, and advisory services. Since founding the company in 2012, she has worked with clients ranging from local real estate owners and developers, to publicly-traded REITs, as well as large public companies, public institutions, and government agencies to manage and consult on an array of assignments. Ms. Pinkard has a particular passion for blockchain technology and currently serves on the Advisory Board of blockchain startup Abstract Tokenization. Ms. Pinkard has written and spoken on the subject for real estate trade organizations and tech industry groups, offering a unique voice to encourage blockchain adoption by the commercial real estate community.

Ms. Pinkard holds an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a BA from Georgetown University.  Ms. Pinkard was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2017 and 2019 by The Daily Record and currently serves as a member of the Dean’s Alumni Advisory Board of the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, where she chairs the Development Committee.
