Ms. Pinkard is Senior Managing Director at MCB Real Estate, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate, property management, and development. She previously founded and served as President of Pinkard Properties, where she advised a diverse portfolio of clients, including developers, REITs, corporations, and public institutions.

Passionate about innovation, Ms. Pinkard serves on the Advisory Board of blockchain startup Abstract Tokenization and has written and spoken widely on blockchain’s role in real estate. She earned her MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a BA from Georgetown University. She was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2017 and 2019.
