Mark has extensive experience in the financial services and consulting industries, working with public and private financial institutions and energy companies. Mark has spent much of his career in financial services managing corporate risk. In the Treasury department of HVB Group, he was responsible for managing the bank’s multibillion-dollar corporate balance sheet. Mark then transitioned to Sandler O’Neill, a boutique investment bank, where he advised clients on various financing strategies. Capitalizing on his success in these roles, Mark moved to Deutsche Bank, where he managed financial, performance, and risk analyses for the trading department. He has also held positions in management consulting at KPMG and Capco. During his tenure at these companies, Mark specialized in corporate strategy and project management. He developed strategy for large- and small-cap institutions and streamlined business processes to improve operational efficiencies. As an advisor to start-ups and private equity-backed energy companies, Mark has engaged multiple companies needing assistance in expanding their business either organically or through acquisitions.

Prior to Accenture, he was part of the executive management team at MCP Asset Development Group. As Vice President of Business Strategy and Corporate Development, Mark was responsible for acquiring oil and natural gas assets, corporate fund raising, and business planning. Mark earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University.
