Ed Joffe is Division Vice President and National Higher Education Leader at Whiting-Turner, where he has worked since 1999. With extensive commercial construction experience, he specializes in college and university projects and is active in COAA, NACUBO, and SCUP. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business. Ed has served in leadership roles with Building Congress & Exchange, Loyola Notre Dame Library, and Urban Land Institute. A dedicated volunteer with local organizations, he enjoys sports, cooking, the outdoors, and time with his wife, Kelly, and their three sons.
