Shamala Littlefield serves as the vice president of financial planning and analysis and overhead management for the rotary and mission systems business area, a $16 billion division of Lockheed Martin that provides surface, air, and undersea applications to the U.S. military and international customers. In this role, Littlefield leads a team responsible for all aspects of the long-range plan (three-year annual forecast), external guidance and reporting to the investor community, cash management, rate management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to her current role, Littlefield was the director of executive support (chief of staff role) reporting to Lockheed Martin’s chairman and CEO. In this role, Littlefield supported the CEO and her team.
Previously, Littlefield was the director of audit operations for corporate internal audit where she managed internal audits across all of the company’s business areas. Prior to that, she was the director of investor relations working directly with the company’s Wall Street investors.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Littlefield worked as a cost accounting manager for a manufacturing company and staff accountant in a public accounting firm.
Littlefield holds a BS in accounting from Santa Clara University, an MSB from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Littlefield, along with her husband and two children, reside in Rockville, MD.
