Samuel Neuberger serves as Development Counsel at Klein Enterprises and Managing Director at Halcyon Equity. Samuel received a JD from the University of Maryland and a BS in Business Management from the Johns Hopkins University.

Samuel served as a Judicial Law Clerk at United States District Court for the District of Maryland and as Legislative Fellow with the United States Senate Committee on Appropriations.

Samuel serves on the Board of the Johns Hopkins University Hillel, The Associated Charities Investment Committee, and the Baltimore Jewish Council.
