Samantha Hellauer is Senior Manager of Client Solutions and Knowledge at ghSMART, where she leads the firm's efforts to grow service offerings, commercialize innovative solutions, and codify IP and best practices in support of clients. She has authored articles on CEO Succession and Board Effectiveness in the Harvard Business Review and in the National Association of Corporate Directors. 

Prior to joining ghSMART, Samantha was at a Vista Equity-owned technology company, Integral Ad Science (IAS). She collaborated closely with IAS' C Suite and Vista Consulting Group to implement cross-functional best practices and prepare IAS for its IPO. 

Following IAS' IPO, Samantha continued to play a key role in preparing for board meetings and earnings calls in addition to driving revenue growth strategies. As a member of IAS' Business Operations and Strategy team, Samantha enjoyed building trusted relationships with IAS' leadership team and her Vista Equity counterparts.
