-To enlist talent to and advance a citywide agenda for equity and racial justice.

-Understand how you can apply your experience and talents to accelerate social innovation in Baltimore while attaining a year of tailored professional development.
Our primary objective at Baltimore Corps is to build equitable talent pipelines into Baltimore's leadership, particularly throughout the social sector. Beyond building capacity in individual organizations, Baltimore Corps Fellows come together over the course of an intensive yearlong program designed to:
- Increase understanding of equity and racial justice, and provide Fellows with the resources, training, and tools to better combat inequity and disrupt structural racism;
- Support individual growth by providing customized opportunities and resources to support each Fellow's professional development; and
- Create a lasting and collaborative network among Fellows and city leaders, as well as clear avenues to drive change during and after the Fellowship year.
