Beyond building capacity in individual organizations, Baltimore Corps Fellows come together over the course of an intensive yearlong program designed to:

- Increase understanding of equity and racial justice, and provide Fellows with the resources, training, and tools to better combat inequity and disrupt structural racism;
- Support individual growth by providing customized opportunities and resources to support each Fellow's professional development; and
- Create a lasting and collaborative network among Fellows and city leaders, as well as clear avenues to drive change during and after the Fellowship year.
