Carey Event Display Items Request Form

The following items are available to borrow, on a first-come, first-served basis:

  • two 34” banners
  • two 42” banners
  • traveling case for two banners
  • three tablecloths with CBS logo and the tagline “Where business is taught with humanity in mind”
  • camera – Canon EOS Rebel XTi with 18-55mm lens and 75-300mm lens

What we ask of you: 

  • Use the Carey Event Display Items Request Form to make the request (you will receive an email confirmation)
  • Pick up the item(s) on the day/time requested
  • Return the item(s) on the day/time identified (making sure they are in clean, usable condition for the next person)
  • If using the banner(s) for the first time, allow for a 5-minute training in proper use
