Roxie Hill is the Global Director of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances at Microsoft. In this position, Hill manages one of the largest international supply chain partnerships for the company, which employs more than 1,800 people in the D.C. region. She helped her partners digitally transform their organizations and grow their cloud business over 300 percent year-over-year, which translated to significant revenue for both her partners and for Microsoft.

Among her recent career highlights, Hill recently received Microsoft’s highest honor, the Microsoft Founder’s Award. This award recognizes the top 25 of their nearly 150,000+ employees. Hill was recognized for her work managing Microsoft’s executive, industry, and sales global partnerships, which reached $143 billion in 2020 revenue.

Hill received her Masters in Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and her Master of Science in Computer and Information Science from Johns Hopkins University. She received her Bachelor of science in Computer Science from Tuskegee University.
