Mahe Rangareddy is CFO and CTO of Alpha Omega Integration, a system integrator servicing the federal government as well as commercial customers. Alpha Omega is recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the State of Virginia and Washington DC metro area. Mr. Rangareddy has led the M&A activities of Alpha Omega Integration since 2014, and is working towards the transformation of Alpha Omega to an “as-a-service” company. He is focused in mentoring his teams to develop solutions that are disruptive, bleeding edge, low cost of ownership and high value to customers.

Prior to joining Alpha Omega, he successfully led the digital transformation program for The American Institute of Architects, resulting in an exponential increase in online engagement of its members. Mr. Rangareddy also spearheaded the shift of more than 30% of revenues from paper to online transactions, which created a sizable increase in the operational efficiency of the company’s back office. His career also includes modernizing and transforming District of Columbia (DC) Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) through introduction of several country's first online services resulting in better operational efficiencies and enhanced customer experience.
