Dr. Fenghao Chen is President and CEO of LINKMedicine.AI, a digital health innovator recognized by programs such as NVIDIA Inception and AWS Activate. At LINKMedicine.AI, he pioneers the integration of artificial intelligence and data technologies to advance the next generation of healthcare.  

Dr. Chen combines deep technical expertise with strategic business insight for the mission of making modern medicine more accessible. His work has been recognized through peer-reviewed publications, pioneering AI patents, and globally impactful public health projects. By embedding AI into healthcare systems, Dr. Chen and his team are setting new standards in patient navigation, medical referrals, and access to care - driving transformative, patient-centered outcomes.  

Previously, Dr. Chen held executive leadership roles at venture-backed proteomics startups, leading genomics research institutes, and nonprofit organizations. He is also a strong advocate for innovation and entrepreneurship within and beyond the Johns Hopkins community, mentoring teams in the NSF Innovation Corps (I-Corps™) program and advising science- and technology-driven ventures.  

Dr. Chen earned his Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University and an EMBA from the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business. He also holds an M.Sc. from the National University of Singapore and a BS. from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
