Britton Costa, MBA

Britton Costa is a Managing Director at Fitch Ratings where he leads the Healthcare & Pharma team. Prior to this he served in senior coverage roles on both the Healthcare & Pharma and Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure teams. He also previously served as the Head of Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure. Prior to joining Fitch, Britton worked on the buyside as a research analyst. Britton holds a B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University, an MBA from Yale School of Management with a concentration in Healthcare and is a CFA charterholder. Britton also serves es as an Adjunct Instructor at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School teaching a graduate-level course on healthcare real estate.
