Josh Sircus is the Chief Operating Officer of Stellar IT Solutions, an information technology design, development, product solutions, and talent management company. Josh has over 20 years' experience in building teams and managing operations in the finance and technology sectors. Before joining Stellar, Josh was the cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of Luav, a fintech company that was acquired by Digital Media Solutions in 2018.  

Prior to Josh’s entrepreneurial experience, he served as a Special Agent for the FBI in the Criminal Investigative Division. Before serving as a federal law enforcement officer, Josh was a manager at FINRA, the largest independent U.S. securities regulator, where he was selected to build a new division and train a team of analysts. This division was the first regulatory unit responsible for investigating matters of insider trading, securities fraud, and market manipulation surrounding private placements in public equity.

Before FINRA, Josh conducted research and managed operations for hedge fund company Yashar Capital after starting his career as a securities broker for Friedman Billings Ramsey. Josh holds an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a BS in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland College Park.
