Nindhana Paranthaman is a biotech executive with over a decade of experience in drug development across multiple modalities and indications. She is passionate about translating innovative scientific discoveries into clinically transformative therapies for patients worldwide and advancing the field of medicine. Nindhana is currently an Executive Medical Director at Summit Therapeutics leading the clinical development strategy for new indications with ivonescimab, a first-in-class investigational PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody. 

Previously, she held several roles of increasing responsibility at Exelixis, Genentech, Amgen and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she contributed to the development and commercialization of novel agents for solid tumors and autoimmune diseases. 

Nindhana holds a medical degree from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research and an MBA in healthcare management and marketing from Johns Hopkins University. She is an active speaker, mentor, and advisor for the biotech community and a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry.
