Mike Henehan serves as President of Bozzuto Development Company and Bozzuto Homes Inc., leading the strategic direction and operations of a nearly $1 billion development pipeline across the D.C. Metro area, Philadelphia, and New England. He oversees the acquisition, development, construction, and leasing of multifamily and mixed-use communities. 

Prior to joining Bozzuto in 2005, Mike gained valuable experience in project management at Clark Construction, contributing to notable projects such as the Gannett/USA Today Headquarters in Tysons Corner, Virginia, and the Strathmore Concert Hall in Bethesda, Maryland. 

He holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a BBA in Finance from Georgetown University. An active member of the Washington Real Estate Group, ULI, and the DCBIA, Mike is committed to fostering community development and advancing the real estate industry
