Matt Hutton joined Klein Enterprises in 2016 where he serves as Director of Investments and a member of the investment team. Matt oversees various aspects of both acquisitions and development activities across the company’s real estate portfolio and collaborates with executive leadership on asset management and corporate growth strategies. 

Prior to joining Klein, Matt led the underwriting and analytics platform for a national investment sales and advisory firm based out of Washington D.C., before which he spent many years working in commercial debt capital markets at M&T Realty Capital Corporation, a subsidiary of M&T Bank. 

Matt graduated from Washington & Lee University with a B.S.c. in Business Administration and earned his M.S. in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), ICSC, and NAIOP.
