John Baldino is Chief Operating Officer for Business Controls at Citadel Securities, with extensive expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and public policy. He previously held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Verisk, ISO, and State Farm, and began his career in public service across local, county, and state government. 

A proud Johns Hopkins alumnus, John earned an MA in Government/MBA dual degree and remains active with alumni panels, lectures, and events. He also holds degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson and Harvard. John, his wife Katrine, and their son Alexander divide their time between New York City and their Kentucky farm.
