Muriel Antwi-Sohngen has comprehensive experience in leading teams, project management, and vendor management within Healthcare and Biotechnology industries. Demonstrated ability in managing organizational and operational projects with increasing responsibility. Trusted partner in data analytics, change management, and process improvements. Results oriented leader with a passion for facilitating organization efficiency. I have extensive experience leading enterprise-wide organizational projects and working hand in hand with key sponsors on transformational initiatives that yield major process improvement and cost savings. I have spent the bulk of my professional career in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industry in several functional areas. Early Development Research, Biostatistics and Programming, Healthcare compliance and currently in the Sales Operations and Enablement function. In all these functions I have taken on project/program management as well as a strategic planning and operations roles with increasing responsibility. Currently serving as Sr. Manager, Sales Operations in the Field Sales Incentive Compensation.
