Andrew Moss is the National Director of Client Strategy for Gallagher, a global insurance broker. He works with executives to cultivate strategic programs that reduce companies’ Total of Risk by making data-informed decisions that drive profitability. Andrew's research focuses on behavioral economics and persuasion, delivering presentations and seminars that help organizations and individuals better articulate their messaging.
Prior to Gallagher, Andrew worked for eight years at Johns Hopkins University where he served as a Program Manager and Co-Director at JHU’s Center for Talented Youth. There he developed and led the CTY Emerging Scholars Program, which offers accelerated academic opportunities to gifted students from inner city Baltimore and was featured on NPR’s On the Record.
