Four Carey Business School Graduates among “Top 100 Women” Honorees
The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School will boast four graduates among those being honored at the Daily Record’s annual “Top 100 Women” event scheduled for April 15, at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore.
In all, 13 Johns Hopkins alumnae are being honored this year, representing, besides Carey, the schools of Education, Arts and Sciences, Engineering, and Nursing.
The event, established in 1996, recognizes high-achieving Maryland women who are benefitting their communities through their leadership, community service, and mentoring. Winners are selected by past Top 100 Women awardees and local business leaders. Those individuals who are honored three times are inducted into the publication’s “Circle of Excellence.”
Carey graduates being honored this year include Sharonne Bonardi, deputy comptroller for the State of Maryland (MBA, 2000); Beth Hehir, senior vice president, Bank of America Merrill Lynch (Master of Administrative Science, 1991); Martha McKenna, partner, McKenna Media (MBA 2012); and Katherine Pinkard, president of Pinkard Properties (MBA 2014).
