Tony Shen, Co-founder and COO of HH-Fund, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Maryland. HH-Fund is a real estate private equity firm invests and manages Student Housing and commercial real estate with $700 Million asset under ownership and management, close to 7000 apartment beds in 15 properties, residing in California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, New York and Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Shen had 20 years of professional management experience, previously held various management positions in Lockheed Martin for 13 years, concentrated in system integration, business development, program performance management for both government and commercial contracts.
