Nina Jones currently serves as the portfolio manager and chairperson of the Investment Advisory Committee for the T. Rowe Price U.S. Real Estate Equity Strategy. Jones has been with T. Rowe Price since 2008, starting her career as an equity analyst following real estate companies. From 2015 to 2021, Jones was the lead portfolio manager for the T. Rowe Price Global Real Estate Equity Strategy. In 2019, she assumed responsibility for the U.S. Real Estate Equity Strategy, which she manages today.

Jones contributes as an investment advisory committee member on several other investment strategies at T. Rowe Price including mid-cap value, financial services, institutional large-cap value, global growth, and global stock.

Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Jones was a senior associate at KPMG in the audit and risk advisory area.  She holds the certified public accountant designation. Jones earned a bachelor of science dual degree, magna cum laude, in accounting and finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA, with honors, in finance and economics from Columbia Business School.
