Alex founded Armata Holdings in 2012 as a long-duration real estate investment platform, focused on core assets throughout South Florida. Alex also serves as Head of Real Estate for Blue Water Advisors and is an investor and partner in Blue Water’s two real estate funds. Alex sat as a town commissioner on the Architectural Review Board in Palm Beach and currently sits on the Landmarks Commission. He also serves on the Board of Archbold Expeditions and the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School Estate and Infrastructure Board. 

Alex has an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University. Alex attended The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey.
