Brian Hatfield is a seasoned financial executive with a focus on the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Valley Behavioral Health within Acadia Healthcare, Brian oversees all financial operations, driving significant achievements. With a keen eye for detail, he manages business office functions, ensuring cash collection goals are met and net revenue is accurately stated. Brian also excels in budget development, forecasting, and cost monitoring, consistently seeking opportunities to improve hospital profitability.  

Prior to his role at Valley Behavioral Health, Brian served as a Financial Analyst at Intermountain Healthcare, where he played a key role in preparing financial reports and conducting detailed analyses across multiple regions. In addition to his corporate experience, Brian shares his expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, teaching graduate-level courses on healthcare financing and financial management.
